Avani Kiana Gregg (born November 23, 2002) (@avani) is a TikTok user and a makeup artist who is well known for her fashionable makeup and for uploading comedy, dance, challenge, and transition videos. She has earned over 33 million fans on the platform.[1][2]

Avani was born and raised in Brownsburg, Indiana.[2][3] Shanti and Priya are Avani's two siblings.[2] Her father is of African descent, and her mother is of Indian-Mongolian descent. Anisha (mother) and Lewis Gregg (father) are her parents.[2]
According to reports, Avani is dating Quewin Maritz .[4] The couple can be seen in a number of TikTok videos.[2] She began her career at the age of 14 by posting make-up-related videos on TikTok.[2] She lived in the Midwest with her family before becoming famous on TikTok.[2]
Career[]
Gregg used to be a competitive gymnast but had to stop due to a back injury.[3][5] She was a level 10 training gymnast when she suffered a stress fracture in her back.[2] Gregg defied advice to quit the sport and continued to compete, which is when she "really, really injured it." "I've been watching social media relationships my entire life and I'm just seeing people getting together, then breaking up over Twitter, and then getting back together and breaking up in a YouTube video," she said. "Putting your drama out on platforms isn't necessary, because then that's allowing them to give feedback on your relationship."
Gregg met Maritz nearly three years ago on Instagram, but they did not make their relationship public until April 2020, after months of fan speculation.[5] "When we started talking, we just didn't feel the need to post," she told Seventeen. "It's like, 'No, we actually like each other, guys.' We don't care if you care. We like each other and we're going to deal with it our way."
