KeepUpRadio, also known by her name Whitney, is an American TikToker, singer/rapper and Twitch Streamer. She is mainly known on TikTok for pronouncing the word 'Clout' in a humorous way, which she has embraced in a lot of her videos.
She often refers to herself as the 'Fortnite Queen'/'Queen of Fortnite', as she also regularly plays the video game 'Fornite' on Twitch.[3] She quit her job in October, 2021, so she could be a full-time streamer.[4]
Popularity on TikTok[]
Whitney's TikTok account started off as being about celebrity news and facts about celebrities, however it has since involved other genres. She also regularly posts covers of trending songs with the lyrics usually including references to Fortnite.[5] Prior to her TikTok account, she would launch a YouTube channel in 2019 where she would give career-related advice.[6]
On March 12, 2021, Whitney posted a diss-track to the user @jaiona.a.[7] Close to the end of the video, she pronounced the word 'clout' in an unconventional way, and users on TikTok quickly started mocking it, sometimes typing it as '𝘊𝘓𝘖𝘜̂𝘞𝘛'. Whitney started embracing the word 'clout' and has used it in a lot of her videos, with some of them gaining up to 15 million views.[8][9][10]
On April 16, 2022, Whitney was featured in one of SypherPK's videos titled 'Fortnite TINDER!'.[11]
Acrello[]
Starting in March, 2021, Whitney has had satirical drama with fellow TikToker @acrello, mainly where they post diss-tracks against each other.[12][13]
Fortnite Victory Meme[]
In November/December 2021, a clip from Whitney's live-stream where she had won a game of Fortnite started to gain popularity, with users on TikTok using it as a meme.[14] Whitney recognized the meme, and even encouraged users to use it.[15]
A low quality picture of Whitney's facecam on Twitch also became used as a meme, with Whitney even using it as her profile picture.[16]
Reception[]
Whitney has gained a lot of hate and negative reception on her TikTok account, however she has stated that it doesn't affect her career and that it won't make her stop her posting on her account.[17][18]

Personal life[]
She graduated at the University of Buffalo with a degree in social media marketing and digital marketing.[11] In March 2022, she became married to her husband Tim.[20][21]
